About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Softtest Pays Pty Ltd. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools to enhance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including configuration and customization.
  • Proven experience in Lightning Web Component development, Apex development, and CICD.
  • Hold Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer 1.
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, Aura framework, and Salesforce platform features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Criteria
  • Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification.
  • Experience working with UX and Design teams to deliver complex business requirements.
  • Experience with Vlocity Integration procedures and integrations using APIs and Auth Providers.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
