Editorial AI Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Editorial AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an Editorial AI Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-powered editorial tools.

This role involves rigorous testing of AI systems against core journalistic principles using authentic news content and scenarios. You will assess AI responses against editorial guidelines, checking for factual accuracy, contextual relevance, appropriate tone, and ethical compliance.

In this position, you will work closely with our AI Prompt Engineer to provide detailed feedback that refines and improves system performance. You will also design and execute regression testing procedures as AI models evolve, documenting performance changes and maintaining quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI-powered editorial tools and their applications in journalism. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of AI systems using authentic news content and scenarios
  • Assess AI responses against editorial guidelines
  • Work with the AI Prompt Engineer to refine and improve system performance
