Project Director

The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver business heavy projects and initiatives aligned with the corporate strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver high quality solutions.
- Managing within scope, budget, and delivering high quality solutions on time.
- Accurately determining, assigning, tracking and managing project tasks, activities, and documentation in line with internal standards.
- Developing and communicating realistic plans for the delivery of assigned projects.
- Managing resource capacity planning and allocations.
- Creating and/or supporting the development of project business cases.
- Ensuring all projects are successfully planned, monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated, and implemented.
- Creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with project and frameworks, and ensuring client's policy, governance, and delegation requirements are met.
- Developing and managing project budgets, including estimations and ongoing tracking.
- Ensuring project benefits are identified, defined, tracked, and aligned to organisational strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering business projects within scope, budget, and on time.
- Experience in engaging and managing vendors to support project delivery.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication.
