About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Skechers in Australia. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work with premium products, stay up-to-date with the latest sneaker trends, and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock
  • Assist with maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain a positive and can-do attitude to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
