We are seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join our team in Sydney.

Job Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, handling complex commercial litigation matters in the superior courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own commercial litigation practice, taking ownership of cases from inception to resolution;
- Act as a key litigator in large-scale/complex litigation matters, working closely with the Senior Partner;
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and support;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation laws and procedures, applying this knowledge to deliver expert advice to clients;
- Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in commercial/corporate litigation, preferably at a senior associate level;
- high-level drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen and practicality;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- adaptability, proactivity, and a results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
