Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our Mental Health clinic in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, handling appointments, and maintaining confidentiality.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering phone calls and updating patient records
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a psychology clinic
  • Studying or having studied Bachelor of Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

You will also need to be available to work Monday to Friday and commence employment from November 2025.
