Role Overview:

Casual Educators play a vital role in supporting our centres and children. As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to contribute to the education program and engage with children at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
  • Be willing to travel between other local services
  • Have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, from 7am to 6pm
