About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Change & Communications Officer, focusing on internal communication and marketing materials for HR Systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver internal communication and marketing materials for HR Systems, including events, publications, SharePoint guides and presentations.
  • Advocate for change and engagement by driving processes, managing client expectations and providing advice to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other departments and external providers to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Identify internal marketing and promotional opportunities for HR Systems.
  • Develop and deliver training packages to various levels of the Queensland Police Service (QPS).
