We are seeking a highly skilled Public Area and Room Cleaner to join our team at The Great Southern Hotel Melbourne. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.

About the role:

  1. Provide exceptional cleaning services to our guests' rooms and public areas
  2. Clean public areas such as the hotel lobby, lifts, stairways, and public toilets
  3. Service and clean allocated guest rooms
  4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel

About you:

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings, 7 days a week
  • Have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3-to-5-star hotel
