Your Role: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be entrusted to take ownership of a key area of the venue - whether it's Customer Experience, Training & Development, Local Area Marketing, or Inventory Management - and grow it like your own. You'll work alongside the Venue Manager to drive performance, motivate the team, and deliver next-level experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of a core pillar of the venue and develop it strategically
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional service standards
• Oversee daily operations, shift management, and team support to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance across all areas
• Train new team members and foster a strong team culture that promotes collaboration and growth
• Handle feedback confidently and turn challenges into opportunities for success
What We're Looking For:
1+ year in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role
Someone who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative
Natural leadership skills with strong communication abilities
Level-headed under pressure, with a passion for developing people and driving results
Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
Flexible availability across nights, weekends, and holidays
