Key Responsibilities- Patrols: Ensure the safety and security of clients and customers.
- Incident response: Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents that may occur.
- First aid response: Provide basic first aid when necessary.
- Customer service: Offer excellent customer service to clients and customers.
- Liaising with external stakeholders: Collaborate with emergency services and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control.
- QLD Drivers Licence.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to write incident reports.
- Ability to respond to security incidents.
