Excellence in dining room service is paramount to a successful catering experience.

We are seeking an exceptional Dining Room Supervisor to join our team on a full-time 14/7 roster from Perth and nearby suburbs. This role offers the ideal candidate a unique opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills, work closely with our Catering Manager, and create memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.

Dining Room Supervisor Role

  • Work collaboratively with the Catering Manager to coordinate and manage day-to-day dining room service.
  • Proudly uphold the reputation for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Provide leadership, support, and coordination to site staff in maintaining a customer-focused and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in food and beverage operations management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and decision-making capability.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Valid police check issued within the last 12 months.
  • Pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment, and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
