Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to older Victorians in residential homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality nursing care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Division 2 nursing registration with AHPRA (Diploma of Nursing)
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and respect when interacting with residents, staff, and other stakeholders
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering client-centered care
