Job Title

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our Australian financial reporting efforts.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS guidelines.
  • Manage and coordinate external audit processes, ensuring seamless communication with auditors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with our Board of Directors on financial matters, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Work in tandem with global finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance across all operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert input on technical accounting issues related to new projects or business activities.

About You:

  • CPA or CA qualified, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Proven track record of preparing statutory financial statements, preferably using Workiva software.
  • Strong background in external audit, preferably with experience working with Big Four firms or large multinational clients.
  • Exceptional technical accounting skills, with in-depth knowledge of IFRS principles.
  • Able to work independently in high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
