Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in data testing? As a Senior Consultant in Data Testing, you will be responsible for managing and handling data testing strategies and solutions for a team of 80+ members. This involves handling multiple applications and releases for end-to-end data testing for ETL/DW/BIG Data & Cloud migration projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle application releases in the data program area.
  • Develop and execute robust data testing strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.
  • Involve and provide effort estimations, staffing plan and resource requirements with different project teams.
  • Drive and manage RFPs and proactive proposals for identifying data testing opportunities.
  • Gather data testing compliance requirements, and translate them into actionable data testing approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling BIG Data and cloud migration projects, as well as expertise in data migration testing and ETL testing techniques. Experience in managing test scenarios and requirement gathering processes is also necessary. Familiarity with data quality assessment and KPI tracking is beneficial. Proficiency in database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications is required. Scheduling tools like Control-M and ESP are also essential. Prior experience with data testing tools like Informatica is desirable.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
