This role will involve leading a team of Learning professionals to deliver against HR and business outcomes, developing skills through effective coaching and support, and contributing to the overall learning strategy. You will also design and implement streamlined processes for the creation, development, and delivery of learning programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

About the Role:

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Learning professionals to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change management initiatives
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the Learning chapter and across the organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning design and technology

Key Requirements:

  • ~ 7-10 years of experience in a learning and development or learning design role, with a strong focus on process optimisation and productivity
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, driving productivity and design excellence
  • Experience in setting up or optimising design functions within a large organisation, with a deep understanding of learning design principles and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
