Thriving Rowing Program Seeks Passionate Coach

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rowing Coach to join our thriving rowing program. As a Rowing Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing athletes and fostering a culture of excellence within our Rowing and Sports programs.

  • Develop and implement coaching plans for rowing teams
  • Provide guidance and support to student-athletes
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Rowing Coach and Director of Sport

You will have the opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art facilities at the Joan Montgomery Sports Centre.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong coaching background in rowing
  • Experience in training, mentoring and developing young people in sport
  • Enthusiasm and drive to inspire and motivate student-athletes
