About Senior Design Engineer Role

This newly created position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of composite technology.

  • Lead the design and development of complex composite systems and components.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable engineering solutions.
  • Partner with production teams to implement designs on the factory floor.
  • Develop detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) and 5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD is required, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.

A strong background in composite materials (carbon fibre, glass fibre) is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely with a highly skilled technical team and collaborating across production to deliver high-performance results.

Requirements:
