Overview

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer who is passionate about building cloud services, curious about always learning new technologies, and determined to solve complex problems for Microsoft.

The Azure Cosmic team designs, builds, and operates a managed runtime environment based on a global scale Azure Kubernetes Service for the benefit of Microsoft service teams and developers.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design of large-scale distributed software services and solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of scenarios.
  • Identify dependencies and generate design documents for a product, application, service, or platform; build extensible and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with developers and program managers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products.
