About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Dispenser and Keyholder to join our team at Oscar Wylee. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

About the Person

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in optical or retail sales, preferably with experience in store opening and closing duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Previous experience with store opening and closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and friendly manner.
