Due to the growing demand of a company in Australia's largest companies within the personal transport space, we are seeking an experienced and highly-organised Accounts Receivable Officer to join their small team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to broaden their experience and build a long-term career with this successful business.

This organisation has developed into one of Australia's leaders in their field due to their entrepreneurial culture. They are looking for someone who can manage account reconciliations, ledger for majority debtors, resolve account inquiries in a timely manner, make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts, update Accounts Receivable Forecast, investigate and resolve all customer related queries on invoices, and accurately enter invoices into the accounting system.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience from accounts receivable or collections, preferably using Oracle. A University Qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce is preferred, along with Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivot Tables), excellent communication and team building skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
