Primary School Teacher Position: Delivering Excellence in Education

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate classroom teacher to join our team at St Andrew's Primary School. As a full-time Year 5/6 teacher, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in education and wellbeing principles.

This permanent position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students. **Key Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will:

- Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents, and practices
- Differentiate learning for students according to their educational needs and abilities, and be responsible for the creation of effective assessment practices and quality teaching programs
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of Religious Education
- Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively, in genuine relationships with others, in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students and parents
- Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to ongoing Professional Learning
- Model the Catholic and community values of the school and embrace families from diverse social backgrounds
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold VIT registration
- Have a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to undertake a First Aid Course)
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
