We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team, delivering exceptional service and support in the mining industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Equipment Electrician to perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of mobile mining equipment. The key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance, breakdowns, services, and component change outs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maximise equipment utilisation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing high-quality installations, including wiring, mounting, and testing of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements for the role include:

  • A Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Refrigerated handling license is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Post-trade experience working in the mining and heavy earth moving industry, or hydraulic excavator industry, is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, be able to work safely, and comply with the Site Safety Health and Management System.
