This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our clinical care team in a respected Aboriginal community-controlled health service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff allocation, patient flow, equipment checks, and team communication.
The successful candidate will have a degree-qualified Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with AHPRA registration and experience working in remote or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily operations, including staff allocation, patient flow, equipment checks, and team communication
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support as needed
- In the absence of the Manager, take on broader leadership responsibilities, including budgeting, meeting coordination, and workforce management
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner with AHPRA registration
- Experience working in remote or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships in community settings
- Ability to juggle clinical care with team support and operational leadership
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
