Senior Property Manager Role

Oyster People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks and maintenance of high-quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property-related activities.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of property management experience, with a strong background in residential property management.
  • Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
