Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Client Liaison to support our Account Managers and Branch Managers in developing new business and managing existing client relationships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their advisors, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee the journey from client request to settlement, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Initiate prudential management tasks and conduct comprehensive risk analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires someone with a strong interest in food and agribusiness, who has previous experience in a similar role. You should be client-focused, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Prepare loan applications and interpret branch instructions.
  • Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, taking appropriate action from a commercial and risk perspective.
