Job Description:

As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting families and children beyond the classroom.

You will have the opportunity to work with a small group of children, creating fun-filled activities and moments of encouragement and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children's growth and development through educational, care, and recreational activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Suitably qualified educator with a minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
  • Current Working With Children Check, RRHAN-EC training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement
