This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality training and assessment.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in vocational education and training, with a strong understanding of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
- Lead and support trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
- Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
- Collaborate with the Academic Operations Lead to implement and embed new processes, quality improvements, and initiatives.
- Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
- Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, PD, and industry engagement.
- Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
- Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
