Job Summary

The Front Office Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Monarto Safari Resort.

This includes:

  • Providing high-quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations
  • Prioritizing workload and task allocation to ensure team success
  • Developing team skills to enhance hotel performance
  • Engaging in authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues or concerns
  • Acting as the first point of contact for emergency situations

Responsibilities include ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts efficiently.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for guest services
  • Knowledge of NewBook (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid visa with the right to work in Australia
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
