Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Facilities Management Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex portfolio asset and facility management programs that align with strategic asset management planning.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage site facilities work programs and projects effectively. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate complex portfolio asset and facility management programs
  • Manage site facilities work programs and projects
  • Analyse and report on asset data information to inform forward planning programs and budgets
