About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee projects from procurement stages through to final accounts, assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Experience within fitout/refurb projects is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen.
  • A strong industry network, including designers, engineers, and client-side PMs, with active participation in industry groups.
  • End-to-end experience in the project life cycle, from cultivating opportunities to scoping, pricing, negotiation, and delivery.
