Our skilled nursing and midwifery team, supported by Medical, Allied Health, and Ancillary staff, work together to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered, compassionate nursing care using evidence-based practice to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in the field.
- AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months recent acute nursing experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, with the ability to apply escalation of care principles.
- A well-developed understanding of discharge planning and transition of care issues.
