Job Title: Forklift Mechanic Position

About the Role:

This role is for a skilled Forklift Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.

  • Onsite servicing, diagnosis, repairs, pre hires, and off-hires of all our equipment.
  • Delivering a high level of service to our customers specialising in our range of forklifts, telehandlers, and access equipment.
  • Confidently communicating with customers to assess their service requirements.
  • Onsite forklift maintenance and service, fault finding.
  • Developing and maintaining technical knowledge of products and equipment through continued training.

About You:

As an integral part of our business, you'll bring a strong work ethic, easy-going personality along with relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic).

  • Experience with servicing and diagnostics of Forklift equipment or mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components is required.
  • Current Forklift license & full Australian Drivers' license - use of a company vehicle is required.
  • LPG Qualifications highly regarded.
  • Safety-focused mindset is paramount.
  • Good verbal communications skills and the ability to use them appropriately at a variety of levels.
