As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Developing innovative Mexican dishes and recipes that showcase your creativity and expertise.
• Leading the kitchen team with confidence and authority, ensuring seamless service delivery even in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Collaborating closely with FOH staff to ensure efficient communication and smooth service flow.
• Supervising kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality control.
• Ensuring impeccable hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the kitchen.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
