Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Northern Rivers region. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and placing top talent in meaningful roles, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high-performing billing desk, averaging $30,000 plus per month.
  • Develop and establish new client relationships to drive job opportunities.
  • Screen, interview, and support job seekers to place them in meaningful work with our partnered clients.
  • Build and maintain a specialist recruitment desk within the Northern Rivers market, specializing in charities temp services.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter and market expert in your job field.
  • Connect and network with a diverse range of people daily.
  • Maintain compliance and audit checks with our internal CRM.

  • Prior experience managing a successful 360 desk.
