Electrical Site Manager Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electricians to deliver commercial projects from concept to practical completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement day plans and 2-week look-ahead schedules to effectively sequence labour and lock dates with other trades.
  • Coordinate materials, long-lead items, and maintain workfronts to ensure productivity.
  • Run pre-starts, close SWMS actions, and maintain housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor quality assurance and incident reporting procedures to ensure zero critical defects.
  • Mentor the team with a mix of experienced electricians and apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A-Grade Electrical Licence & White Card, ACMA license.
  • Proven track record in delivering commercial projects to practical completion within the last 24 months (teams 4–10).
  • Foreman/Leading-Hand experience through practical completion.
  • Clear communication and a tidy approach to receipts/ordering.

  • Salary certainty: $115k–$123k base + super (depending on experience & site complexity).
  • $5,000 project bonus: $2.5k at practical completion + $2.5k at 12-month defect-free period.
