About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Lawyer to join our team at Greenfields Executive Recruitment & Search. As an in-house Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in driving the success and strategic objectives of our client's fast-growing healthcare organisation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Consumer Law specialist with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to take on a challenging role that combines legal expertise with corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage external counsel as needed.
  • Establish and maintain group-wide contracts registers, including processes for monitoring key dates and requirements.
  • Prepare and manage franchising agreements (and related documentation).
  • Drafting and Negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
  • Maintain internal legal templates library.
  • Act as Company Secretary for nominated entities and assist with corporate governance across the organisation.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, including registers, resolutions, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Franchising Code and maintain associated disclosure documents.
  • Support enterprise risk management and coordinate the annual insurance renewal program.
