This role involves working with residents to achieve their lifestyle goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct lifestyle assessments and develop plans to promote resident wellbeing.
- Deliver programs and activities that enhance resident quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Monitor and report on resident progress.
- Relevant qualification in Leisure and Health (Certificate III/IV).
- Previous experience as a Lifestyle Assistant (or similar), including dementia care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use computerized care management systems.
Please note that satisfactory background checks, a NDIS worker screening clearance, flu vaccination, and certification proof are required for this role.
