Job Title

A seasonal retail opportunity awaits an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Peak Trade Casual.

As a Peak Trade Casual, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store during peak periods.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate who can interact with customers to assist them with their purchases, work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, and maintain high standards of merchandising across the store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a positive in-store experience for customers.
  • Maintain high levels of merchandising standards across the store, including stock management and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
