Travel Expert Wanted

We are seeking a bilingual consultant to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their entire travel journey, from initial enquiry to post-trip support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and book personalized itineraries
  • Manage the customer journey from first enquiry to after-travel support
  • Conduct video consultations in French and English to engage and convert clients
  • Use booking tools and systems to keep everything running smoothly
  • Build strong client relationships while working towards sales goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both French & English - comfortable holding full client conversations in both languages
  • Strong communication and people skills - you thrive on building rapport
  • Organized, motivated, and confident with technology
