Job Title: Outdoor Education Trainee

Job Description:

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and meaningful program that is central to the student experience. The Outdoor Education Program, delivered from Years 7 to 9, is designed to build students' confidence, resilience, leadership, and environmental awareness through sequential, expedition-based learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Support student activities such as hiking, skiing, rafting, and conservation work.
  • Assist with equipment management, food preparation, and logistical planning.
  • Perform administrative duties within the Outdoor Education department.
  • Support program delivery alongside experienced educators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people in outdoor settings. Interest in pursuing a career in outdoor education, teaching, emergency services, or related fields is welcomed.
