About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including receiving and stocking products, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking customers, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card and mobile payments.
  3. Receive and stock products on shelves, ensuring they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  4. Assist customers with their queries, providing information and solutions to their needs.
