Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to clients with daily living and lifestyle requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
  • Support clients with complex and/or challenging needs, adapting care plans as required.
  • Monitor client well-being and report on progress, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
  • Smartphone with internet access.
