About the Role
The Environmental Manager is responsible for leading the environmental and sustainability function for the Engineering and Construction business, implementing the UGL Environmental Management System, auditing environmental compliance and managing environmental incidents.
This role involves providing technical guidance at a project level as well as strategic input at a business level, focusing on managing, leading and motivating the wider business and project teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience in Environment Management, proven ability to lead and implement improved environment and operational sustainability outcomes, and strong leadership and communication skills.
You will also need to have a degree or postgraduate qualifications in environmental management or environmental science, engineering or equivalent, and at least 5 years' experience in Environment Management in a similar industry.
