Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our retail team. As a Christmas Casual, you will be part of a fast-paced and fun environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a global luxury brand.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and ready to learn and take on new challenges. You will work closely with a diverse and driven team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with brand developments and promotions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Energetic and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale systems
