Support Worker: Empowering Lives, Shaping Careers

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments. This role involves manual handling and use of aids, as well as supporting clients with complex needs and medical requirements.
We are looking for someone with experience in disability support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with manual handling and use of aids

- Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience supporting high-needs disability clients
- Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
- Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
