Job Title: Azure Data Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure data solution architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using the Azure Synapse platform.

This role will involve utilizing your deep knowledge of data warehousing, big data analytics, and data lake concepts to deliver business value. You will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are well-planned, thoroughly tested, and aligned with our clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on data engineering with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory pipelines
  • Data migration from Teradata, Cloudera Big Data to Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse
  • Development of data integration and ETL/ELT processes using SQL expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
  • Strong understanding of MPP databases like Azure Synapse or Teradata
  • Well-versed with data warehouse concepts and SQL programming
  • Extensive experience in data migration and integration at-scale
