The Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Assist with meeting room and function setup and pack up, ensuring a seamless experience
- Lodge documents at various Court and Government Departments, maintaining accurate records
- Support new starter onboarding, providing a positive experience for our employees
- Closing and archiving legal files, maintaining confidentiality and security
- Maintain kitchen and stationary stock levels, promoting a productive work environment
- Reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payment and accuracy
- Provide relief reception and telephone duties, handling inquiries efficiently
- Assist lawyers with administrative tasks, supporting their productivity and success
- Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or office environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Positive attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
