The Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Assist with meeting room and function setup and pack up, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Lodge documents at various Court and Government Departments, maintaining accurate records
  • Support new starter onboarding, providing a positive experience for our employees
  • Closing and archiving legal files, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Maintain kitchen and stationary stock levels, promoting a productive work environment
  • Reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payment and accuracy
  • Provide relief reception and telephone duties, handling inquiries efficiently

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
