At Medibank, we're committed to making health personal. As an experienced Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our TAS Allied Health team, working in the Hobart region. This is a permanent part-time or full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to grow as a health professional.

About the Role

You'll be providing care to Australians wherever they call home, including community and residential aged care. Your expertise will be utilized to support clients in various settings, such as:

  • Home Care Package clients: supporting independence through home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
  • Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery.
  • Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.

This role suits a qualified, fully AHPRA-registered or Limited Registered (remote level) clinician. Ideally, you'll have a minimum 1 year's experience in a community or Aged Care setting. As a mobile Occupational Therapist, you'll need to be comfortable traveling to clients across Hobart Metro and provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).
