Senior Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Teacher to join our educational team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and wellbeing needs of our young people.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant University degree and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration. They will have the ability to apply knowledge to plan and prepare teaching and learning programs that meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Vocational Training and Campus Operations: Support the delivery of vocational training programs and campus operations.
  • Safe and Inclusive Learning Environment: Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and wellbeing.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver structured lessons that differentiate and personalise learning, assess and provide meaningful feedback to students, as well as support their learning journeys.
Requirements
  • A relevant University degree and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage behaviour and establish a supportive learning environment.
